Reima Puhuri toddlers winter overall is originally waterproof. All seams are sealed to keep water out. Durable material has excellent water and dirt repellence with fluorocarbon-free water and dirt repellent finish BIONIC-FINISH®ECO. 

Fabric is worn from seam and sleeve/leg end areas, but doesn't have actual holes.
